Great communication from host.
Clean, new appliances, good climate control, dedicated underground parking, good soundproofing (we haven’t heard neighbors or outdoor).
Good for 1 to 3 person stay in Kiama whether you are just exploring the town/region, hiking (good start for Kiama costal walk either to south or north side) or prefer spend your time on the beach.
Has all necessary for good holidays.
One suggestion is to leave instruction for the oven, we had to google the model number to understand how to disable parental lock.

My wife and spent four days in Valerie's apartment as a base from which to walk the Kiama Coastal Walk and visit the Minnamurra Rain Forest. The apartment is in a quiet location near the shore yet only a few minutes walk from the town centre.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This Ideal location was both quiet  yet close to everything I wanted . Most appealing was the welcoming  relaxed comfort and a light and airy atmosphere and everything was Clean!!
I would  happily stay here again . The Owner was most helpful giving clear instructions for hassle free entry and providing quality linen and small electricals to make the stay joyful. Thankfully the outlook was pleasant also having view of the beach and coastline .
